FOUNDER
Jeffer Peter began his journey as a passionate chess coach with a simple goal—to help students discover the joy of chess while developing confidence, concentration, discipline, and analytical thinking. Through years of coaching and mentoring, he recognized the need for a structured learning system that could guide students from their very first moves to competitive tournament play.
This vision led to the creation of Battle Chess Skool. Today, he continues to guide the academy's coaching philosophy, tournament initiatives, and student development programs while inspiring the next generation of chess players.
CO-FOUNDER
Roselin Mary's career began in healthcare as an ICU Staff Nurse, where she developed discipline, compassion, precision, and the ability to make calm decisions under pressure. Through dedication and leadership, she progressed to become a Nursing Supervisor, leading teams and ensuring excellence in patient care.
Bringing those leadership qualities into education, she co-founded Battle Chess Skool, where she now plays a key role in academy operations, student experience, and organizational growth. Her journey demonstrates that great leadership can inspire success across different fields.
